What do we do?
Silver Ocean Capital Holdings LLC (Silver Ocean) is privately held investment company within the state of Maryland. We are a smaller holding company that primarily focuses on owning coastal properties and other financial instruments that pertain to land ownership. The idea of Silver Ocean began when the founder, Eric Jacobs, was observing magnificence of the Vitoria Bay from it coastal shore. Upon this vantagepoint he knew he wanted to capitalize on the global economic growth story of tomorrow. Currently, our operations are centered in the State of Maryland Chesapeake Bay coastal region. Our efforts are mostly engaged in acquiring and managing capital assets for their long-term value. Our aim is to remain profitable by using a investment approach that enables us to strategically own real estate assets while simultaneously managing a passive equity REIT portfolio fund. These assets are managed by the founder and are Identified within the company as Silver Ocean Equities.
